1. What types of plant accessories does our shop offer?
Our specializes in unique and adorable plant accessories. Our store offers a range of products that add whimsy and functionality to your plant collection. Some of our popular items include the CUTE Fox Indoor Plant/Succulent Pot and the Plant Watering Funnel.
2. What is our return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that returns must be sent to our physical address at 600 S Curson Ave #609, Los Angeles, CA 90036, United States.
3. How do I start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at sara@smileypots.com. Please provide your order details and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Can I return perishable goods, custom products, or personal care goods?
No, certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 6. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
8. What if I haven't received my refund after 15 business days?
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please get in touch with us at sara@smileypots.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
